| Q: Do you deliver locally? |
| A: Absolutely. There is a short form to fill out prior to payment that will ask you the recipient’s name, the delivery address, phone number, etc. A list of the cities and towns we deliver locally to can be found here |

| A: We are constantly adding new products to inventory and update our web site quite frequently. Please check back often for new items. |

| Q: Do you still offer an interior plant service? |
| |
| A: Of course. The company began in 2001 as Terrence Lannan Interior Plants. Since then, we have added numerous business segments such as Christmas Decorating and Amaryllis Florist, a retail store and our online store. | Q: Do you still do Christmas Decorating? |
| A: Of course. We still offer interior Christmas Decorating to homes and businesses. |

| Q: Do you do outside lighting? |
| A: While this used to be a specialty of ours, we no longer do any large scale outdoor Holiday lighting projects. |

| Q: Do you make all your own wreaths and mantelpieces? |
| A: Every piece you see on our site or in our store that says “handcrafted” means a professional designer working directly for us has assembled the piece from scratch. We began this years ago, decorating for huge hotels in the greater Boston area, and we were challenged with coming up with new designs year after year. The result is the creativity you see in our custom pieces. Each is a one of a kind work of art. |

| Q: Do you take orders for custom made pieces? |
| A: Because of the volume of business we do at Christmas, we generally do not accept any orders for custom décor. We do, however, provide interior Christmas Decorating for homes and businesses, please contact us to find out more. |
