| Orders received before 11AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be delivered the same working day when possible. Deliveries will be made Monday - Friday, and Saturday when possible, except Holidays |
| Out Of Stock Items |
| We attempt to keep all items in stock. Upon receipt of your order our staff will establish whether the ordered items are available for immediate shipment. If there is problem or delay in fulfilling your order, we will contact you by email or telephone. |
| Local Delivery Orders |
| Flowers and/or plants ordered for local delivery must be received by 11am EST in order to be delivered the same day. Occasionaly exceptions can be made and we can deliver the same day for orders placed later in the day, although this is not guaranteed. |

| Canceling an Order |
| You may not cancel an order online once it has been input into our system. You must call us at 1-800-628-3613 to cancel an order. In certain cases, especially with costly flowers or unique arrangments, if the arrangement has aleady been made by a member of our staff, you cannot cancel your order. |
| Live Material |
| All flowers, plants, live wreaths, and any other living material can be delivered. We can deliver these items anywhere within 10 miles of our location. If you live beyond our normal delivery area and wish to order live material, please contact us to inquire as to what the delivery cost would be for the particular item(s) you are interested in. |
| Shipping Artificial Christmas Trees |
| Currently, we do not ship Artificial Christmas Trees over 5 feet in height because of their size and weight. We can, however, deliver any item to a location within 20 miles of our store for a nominal delivery fee. Please contact us for details. You can also pickup your item in person at our retail store at 98 Route 101a, Amherst, NH during normal business hours. |

| Shipping Surcharge |
| Certain oversized/overweight or irregularly boxed items (small trees, mantelpieces) will require an additional fee for shipping and handling charges, which will be noted in the product description. Total shipping cost is calculated by adding the shipping surcharge fee to the base shipping cost at check out. |
| Return Policy |
| Please note : You must contact us immediately BEFORE returning any merchandise to receive a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without contacting us prior to returning them will not be refunded/replaced. You must return the product within 10 days of notifying us of your intent to return. |
| Return Policy on Merchandise |
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for either a replacement item, store credit, or a refund. You are responsible for returning the item to us in its original packing and box, with a copy of your packing slip enclosed as a receipt. Items returned for any other reason other than damaged/defective will incur a 25% restocking fee. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs incurred by you in returning merchandise to us.
Refunds/Replacements are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive it, and conformation by us that the damage/defect occurred before it left our warehouse. Any defects/damage incurred after the item(s) leave our warehouse (i.e., in transit) falls under the responsibility of the shipper and you must seek any reimbursement from them for your damaged merchandise. We are not responsible for any damages to merchandise incurred during the shipping process. You must contact us prior to shipment if you intend to return any item back to us. There are no returns accepted on any item over 30 days from the date of delivery. |
| Return Policy on Live Materials |
| While we make every effort to insure your satisfaction, we do not refund any orders for flowers or plants that have been locally delivered. We will be happy to deliver a replacement arrangement if the flowers and/or plants were found to be defective in any way. Please contact us to discuss this option should you feel you were unsatisfied with your delivered order of flowers and/or plants. |
